Thursday 1st July

5:00 – 5:45PM London (BST)

In a post pandemic world companies need to focus more on creating employee experiences – shared memories that connect, bond and unite them with one another. Whilst not all all businesses can afford to fly their teams to other side of the world for a jamboree what they can do is actively think about creating shared memories – memories that transcend demographics, departments and hierarchies. Andrew’s presentation will examine how these memories are formed, how they can benefit organisations and why we need these initiatives now more than ever.
