Joyann Boyce is the Founder and CEO of InClued.ai, a cutting-edge platform that helps teams reduce bias, protect brand reputation, and reach wider audiences. Her mission is to establish inclusive communications as an industry standard by building the “Grammarly of bias detection”.

A TEDx speaker and award-winning entrepreneur, Joyann brings over seven years of consulting experience working with major brands such as Coca-Cola, Social Point, Adobe, and Nationwide. She has combined her master’s degree in Data Science, specialising in bias detection, with her marketing expertise to identify content that can either elevate or damage brand reputation.

Pinar Ozcan is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Oxford Saïd Business School, where she also directs the Oxford Entrepreneurship Centre and the Oxford Future of Finance and Technology (Fintech) Initiative. Her expertise spans technology markets, platforms and ecosystems, digital competition, and entrepreneurial strategy.

Pinar advises key regulatory bodies, including the Bank of England, UK Competition and Markets Authority, FCA, European Commission, and OECD. She holds a PhD from Stanford University, where she also led major executive and entrepreneurship programmes.

A globally recognised thought leader, she has received awards from the Strategic Management Society, British Academy, and Poets & Quants, and was named to the Thinkers50 Radar and the Global Women in Fintech Powerlist. Most recently, she won the 2024 SMS Educational Impact Award for her Inspiring Female Founders Initiative.

Christopher Kenna

Christopher Kenna is the Founder and CEO of Media Stream AI (www.mediastreamai.com), a first of its kind technology platform that allows personalised Linear TV Channels to each viewer of their channel.

Christopher is on the advisory board for WFA and he is also a director at UK Conscious Advertising Network (CAN) and, as a mixed race, out gay father, he is a strong advocate for representations within media and advertising.

He was also on the V&A Museum board advisory group as well as the Metropolitan Police board advisory group.

Christopher is an award-winning entrepreneur, having received the Innovator of the Year Award at the second annual Ex-Forces in Business Awards, been in the British LGBT Awards top 10 3x times (2020, 2022 & 2023), named on EMPower’s 100 Ethnic Minority Executives 2020 and OUTstanding top 100 LGBT Executives, and recently in the top 20 of the Top 100 Marketing Influencers in the Technology for Marketing Index 2023!

Working closely with creators, art directors and creative researchers globally, Rebecca plays a critical role in ensuring that Getty Images is continually providing fresh, relevant creative content and insights, which in turn engages and inspires creatives and marketers around the world. Her foresight into cultural and societal trends that shape visual communications drives Getty Images’ creative offering.

Rebecca joined the photography industry over 20 years ago and was one of the founding members of the creative research team at Getty Images, introducing visual research methodology to the industry. One area of visual communication Rebecca is particularly passionate about is evolving visual representation. Rebecca is personally responsible for driving change in visual language depicting women and girls, which she has done by rewriting the visual standards of commercial imagery depicting this group and briefing Getty Images’ contributing photographers against these new visual standards.

Fonz has completed the prestigious Stanford University Design Thinking Program, further refining his strategic approach to design and investment. His multifaceted expertise makes him a pivotal figure in the industry, continuously shaping the future of technology and entrepreneurship.

The Look has delivered some of the world’s most prestigious TV series including titles such as Fleabag, Top Boy, Sex Education, The Gold, Rivals & Day Of The Jackal.

I am an experienced business leader and media industry expert who galvanises employees through internal and external training and mentoring. Myself and the team at The Look also engage in community outreach and masterclasses with local colleges and universities.

I have built close relationships with senior leaders across industry, from technology manufacturers to broadcasters such as Netflix and Amazon.

I am also involved in two other creative start-ups.
