👉 Dharan Kiru – Global Innovation Director @ ARCADIS

Dharan is an accomplished innovation leader with a proven track record at the intersection of sustainability and innovation. After earning a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with Aston Martin, he spent a decade at adidas, where he played a key role in developing groundbreaking technologies like Boost and spearheaded sustainability initiatives such as the circularity concept Made to Be Remade, working collaboratively with partners across the value chain to deliver impactful innovations.

Currently, Dharan leads a global innovation team at Arcadis, driving sustainable solutions for the built environment as part of an organization recognized as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in 2024. He also serves as a board director for a sustainable materials start-up and guest lectures on intrapreneurship. A collaborative leader with expertise spanning engineering, materials, and business, Dharan is passionate about addressing systemic challenges and creating lasting impact.

👉 Michael Brown – Chairman and CEO @ SKYLINE ROBOTICS

Michael Brown is the CEO and Chairman of the Board at Skyline Robotics, where he drives the company’s global expansion and serves as a strategic advisor.

With 35 years of experience in business services and distribution roll-ups, Michael has led two companies generating over $400M in revenue, both acquired by publicly traded firms. His leadership has fueled more than $5B in company-generated revenue through acquisitions, cross-selling, and data-driven strategies.

Michael is a board member of the Sanitation Foundation, the nonprofit partner of NYC’s Department of Sanitation, and a frequent industry speaker on future cities and labor transformation. He holds an Information Technology degree from Syracuse University, where he delivered the 2024 commencement keynote, encouraging resilience and forward progress in life’s complexities.
