Fran has over 20 years of experience in People leadership, leading global functions and specialist experience in Engagement, Wellbeing, Executive coaching transformation and change.

Prior to Gentrack, Fran worked as an HR leader with global multinationals such as KPMG, Barclays and Intertek, leading transformation and change, based in London and for a period of time in APAC.
