Juan Manuel Santiago Mendez

Juan is CEO of Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics UK as well as Head of Parts Logistics Cluster, UK & South Africa.

Handling more than 750,000 parts numbers with a turnover close to 1 bio euros. Delivering parts to 270 dealers in UK and 120 in South Africa. His career with Daimler started in 2004 as Aftersales Manager for Mercedes-Benz Spain. He continued to become the Aftersales Director for the biggest Mercedes-Benz Spanish retail group in 2005.

In 2007, he held the position of Warehouse Manager in the Logistics Centre Miralcampo, responsible for all the warehouse operations and the delivery of all spare parts for dealers in Spain and Portugal.

In 2012, he became Head of the Logistics Centre Middle East in Dubai, managing operations and Logistics Supply-chain. He was also Head of the Cluster Middle East & Egypt.

Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in logistics, supply chain and operations management as well as building business processes and systems and the development of people.
