Prior to founding Refine Intelligence, Uri was Co-Founder and Chief Cyber Officer at BioCatch, the global leader in behavioral biometrics for fraud detection. Earlier Uri served as Head of New Technologies at security giant RSA.

Innovations Uri spearheaded, such as Risk-Based Authentication and the world’s first eFraud Network, are now saving the industry billions of dollars in fraud each year.

Since being appointed Chief Executive at Cifas in May 2018, Mike has actively worked to grow the community of stakeholders sharing data, intelligence and insight in the pursuit of preventing fraud and financial crime.

Mike is passionate about Cifas becoming the driving force behind fraud prevention in the UK and with over 30 years’ experience of tackling and preventing fraud across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, he is determined to bring together a strong cross-sectoral collaborative approach to tackling fraud.

With a Master’s Degree in Criminology, Mike has led investigative teams in the National Health Service, Ministry of Defence, Office of Fair Trading, HM Revenue and Customs and Solicitors Regulation Authority.

He has also worked at the National Fraud Authority directing cross sector fraud prevention strategies.

Caroline has been in the IT Industry for over 20 years specialising in establishing influencer relations across the vendor community.

Earlier in her career Caroline was one of 7 founding members of Caspian Publishing, established to publish business magazines, corporate conferences and events. Growing and sustaining successful businesses has been a key part of Caroline’s experience over the last 35 years.

Caroline joined Accenture in September 2022 to establish and lead advisor relations across Europe.

He is a committed innovator with a keen interest in increasing awareness of AI’s potential. He works tirelessly to encourage the early adoption of AI by showcasing what it can do, how it works, and why implementing an AI strategy is critical.

Jaap has a degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. After graduation, he began his career in sales from where he quickly progressed to senior management and C-Suite level roles. As part of his continued professional development, he went on to complete an intense business course at the prestigious International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland.

In his spare time, Jaap can be found at the track as an avid Formula 1 enthusiast or at the waterfront, unleashing his competitive edge on sailboat racing.

Volodymyr Semenyshyn leads SoftServe’s organization in EMEA. He joined SoftServe in 2005 and has extensive experience working in various departments, including Marketing, HR, Software Engineering, and Business Development.

Volodymyr holds a dual Master of Science degree in International Economics and Management from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. He also has an MS degree in International Business and Law from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.

In addition, Volodymyr attended executive leadership programs at the London Business School in 2018 and Harvard University in 2019.

Volodymyr earned a PhD in Economics at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and regularly holds business training sessions for MBA students at the Lviv Business School for Managers, as well as the Lviv Business School of Ukrainian Catholic University.

Fumbi is experienced in building high-performing and diverse cultures in Fortune 500 and signature brands through progressive technical resources, prolific communication, and development programs that support organization in achieving double-digit growth.

Before joining BECU, Fumbi was Chief Information and Digital Officer at adidas in Germany and held similar roles at Walmart Asia and American Express.

She currently serves on the corporate boards for Azek company; Whitbread and Willis Towers Watson. She is also an advocate for Women Empowerment.

Kenneth leads new ventures for Haleon. Haleon is one of the largest consumer healthcare business in the world, established in July 2022 as a corporate spin-off from GSK.

Kenneth is a serial entrepreneur having initially started businesses within the software and eCommerce spaces Kenneth then went on to lead Unilever’s early web efforts. Following that he started another company this time in the technology hardware sector and successfully led it to a strategic exit to Fujitsu.

Kenneth then spent time investing in startups and building a small seed fund as well as helping to launch Startupbootcamp the leading european accelerator before going on to start another eCommerce business in the Health and Beauty sector.

Kenneth Siber was previously the Head Labs at WeWork, launching and scaling the WE company’s global innovation and startup growth platform.
