The pandemic forced all business leaders to drive their organisations to change and adapt rapidly. Given these unprecedented times, leaders have had to make decisions fast and with little information, in most cases without the ability to forecast the impact on business performance.

We will discuss how organisations have now adjusted to the flexible working environment as well as its impact on the company culture. We will also focus on the importance of adapting to the needs of a younger workforce who can pick and choose how they work, and whose needs are different to what many leaders think their needs should be.
