Amanda Whiteside currently leads WW Customer Optimization & Enablement for Amazon Web Services (AWS) leading a large global organization across EMEA, The Americas and Emerging markets with the primary objective to improve the experience of Cloud services customers.

Outside of her core role, Amanda participates in several global CX committees helping to shape the future of Customer experience and was recently shortlisted as ‘CX finalist of the year’. She is also acting Chairperson for Diversity Role Models, a National charity focused on achieving a more diverse and inclusive world through education and role-model storytelling in schools.

Caroline has been in the IT Industry for over 20 years specialising in establishing influencer relations across the vendor community.

Caroline Joined Kyndryl in November just before the spin away from IBM, so has first-hand experience of being part of a growing business.

Earlier in her career Caroline was one of 7 founding members of Caspian Publishing, established to publish business magazines, corporate conferences and events. Growing and sustaining successful businesses has been a key part of Carolineโ€™s experience over the last 35 years.
