With apologies to Peter Drucker for parodying his famous saying, “Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast”, we are running a 90-minute online lunchtime preview of our 2024 ‘Innovation Hackathon’ programme. 

It would be easy to fill the time with mind-blowing and inspirational stories from Fintech, Biotech, market disrupters and Unicorns. All very interesting, of course, but that’s not what we are looking at here. This event is about how we stimulate and then tap into the creativity of our people to innovate. What’s the process and the skillset required to do this? In other words, the practical ability to ‘ideate’. 

Following a proven format (and yes, there might be a story/example or two), we will step through the Innovation Hackathon concept and follow-up with additional information.

This session is a free preview of our Innovation Hackathon, a 7-month programme starting in June. We believe our hackathon programme is unique as it focuses on developing the requisite skills for success. Cross-functional teams from different companies will work in parallel to develop new features, products or services for their organisation, culminating in a London ceremony showcasing their working prototypes or proof-of-concepts (POCs).
